A Quebec community is stepping up to raise money for a wheelchair accessible vehicle for a single mother of four.
Mélanie Bouchard’s 13-year-old son, William, was born with cerebral palsy, requiring him to visit specialists across the province. But without a wheelchair accessible van, the trips have been difficult.
While traveling for William’s treatment, one business owner was touched by their story, offering to organize a fundraising campaign and raffling two snowmobiles on their behalf.
